Plugin
1 ) Extract plugin file into block folder inside Moodle package
2 ) Login with Administrator account on Moodle site
3 ) Install the plugin by clicking on 'update database' button
Note:
This plugin will not send message on localhost.
Version # 2015013002 Fixes
Those users who did not filled their custom field will be display in report
when Administrator could be filtered.

- Visit http://yoursite.com/admin to complete the installation
- Turn editing on in any home or course page.
- Add the block to the page
- Visit the config link in the block for more options.
