Sharedresource module

This module initially intended for Moodle 1.9 implementation provides a site-wide sharing
repository engine including full metadata support.

Credits : Highly inspired from a co-work with Catalyst Ltd (Piers Harding) for Intel Teach Advanced Online programs.

Moodle 2 : Not yet ported, as needs conceptual rework around the Moodle 2 new resource and repository paradigm

Shared resource works together with a central addditional component of Moodle that will provide "central" management entry point for the shared resource catalog. Please check http://github.com/vfremaux/moodle-resources repository for information.

Bugfixes and changes in 2013110800
============================
- Essentially fixes bugs related to the network binding of resource producers to resource consumers moodles.
- Fixes some language strings in ScoLOMFr metadata model
- Simplifies and cleans up the code for handling sharedresource creation from the library front end context

    2. Download and unpack the module.
    3. Place the folder (eg "assignment") in the "mod" subdirectory.
    4. Visit http://yoursite.com/admin to finish the installation
