    Added new version!
This version supports Moodle 3.0 and up.
The only real change is the addition of a notification / error message when configuring the plugin instance: when opted to not use "all file types" for submission, there is now a message showing either an error (global defaults configuration) or a warning in the configuration form for the activity module (instance configuration).
I would have loved to use basic form validation, however, the Moodle core does not provide a validation callback mechanism for plagiarism configuration.

    Cheers,
    Rogier
