  • Ability to hide, rename, or delete recordings from an activity.
  • Admins can use the module to help manage all recordings in WebEx.

Current Limitations
This software is currently in beta, so there are a number of known limitations (and there are expected to be unfound bugs):

    John -
That was just in relation to the setup the area in the Moodle bug tracker for this module. It has nothing to do with the operation of the WebEx plugin.

    Hi Eric,

Any reason why this plugin won't work on 2.5?

    Cheers,
    Eugene.

This plugin will not work with self hosted WebEx, it is only designed for Cisco hosted sites.

This plugin will only work with Moodle 2.6 and above - it uses features from Moodle that are not in 2.5.

Also, please contact me for support questions are merrill@oakland.edu or open a ticket at https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB/component/13130

I just installed this plug-in and I setup my web ex credentials (admin) and I am getting the error: Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: There are no valid meeting types for this user. Admin must fix. Same as Rupert Martin above....I didn't see a solution though. What do I need to do to fix this?

Is this plugin compatible with Enterprise Webex accounts (which support both Meeting Centre and Training Centre)?

    Thanks

Hi Eric, thanks for this plugin. In the documentation you wrote that only Meeting Center and Training Center are currently supported. Unfortunately we are using the Event Center and so I would like to know if you are planning to extend the support also for this meeting type. If you need help I think we can collaborate for the development.

Hi, the coding errors that pop are not very informative, but can fixed as detailed in the bug tracker. In the plugin settings you must select "Available" or "Available for all users" for either of the meeting types (or both). If you keep that empty and only select the "Meeting password required" you will get a coding error when trying to add the activity. The use of checkboxes there is confusing as it suggests I can choose 1 of the 3 options, whilst I have to choose option 1 or 2 (or both) and then optionally can choose 3 as well. Making this clearer would be great.
