    Hi,

    I really like this course layout, but I have found that the Navigation menu does not work for me when I am using it. When I click on one of the section names in the Navigation menu all I get is Jump to... shown on the screen with a drop down list of sections, but I can't select any of them. The only way to see any content is to go back to the Course link in the breadcrumbs or in the Navigation menu.

    Has anyone else had this problem and is there any way to fix it?

    I am using Moodle 2.6 and v2.6.0 of the plugin.

    Thanks,

    Tracey

    Hi there, I am not sure if this is the right place for this comment but thought i would put it here. We are using this plugin for Moodle 2.6.3+ (Build: 20140619) and have changed the css to have the corporate colours (orange). In Google chrome (Version 35.0.1916.153 m) the tabs are functioning with the correct colours. In Internet explorer (version 9.0.8112.16421) the tabs are set back to default colour of blue. Can anyone offer some advice please.
    Thanks
    Brendan

    Hi Brendan,
    I found that changing the css code to background instead of background-color worked for me (see Note: On IE9 you will probably have to put "background: #2647A0 !important;" in order to force the color changes).

    Hi Tracey
    many thanks.
    I had to add !important to all colours.
    Now it works in all browsers.
    Thanks again

    Hi, this lovely plug-in worked until 2.7+, as I just upgraded to 2.7.1 it messed up my whole site. Though I recovered, but really want to see this working on 2.7.1 and Beyond. Anxiously waiting. Thanks

    This is a brilliant plug-in. looks very nice and clean and is well annotated for making customizations to the colors and looks. Has anyone else had issues viewing this plug-in on a mobile device?
    Ours doesn't show up at all on any android devices web browser :/

    I have found I also have the same problem that Tracey mentioned on Mon, Jul 14, 2014, 7:29 AM about an issue with the navigation menu not working. I have noticed this happens when we add folders inside the panels. I also have to go the breadcrumb navigation to get back to the main page of my course.

    Has anyone found a workaround for this?
    Thanks,
    Stuart

    I've just had this format recommended to me.
    Does it work with Moodle 2.8??

    I'm trying to add a javascript/jquery carousel to a tabtopics page.
    I've tried 3 different ones (ex: http://bxslider.com/) each of which work under a different course format and even under a tabtopics format with editing turned on but as soon as editing goes off they stop working.

    I don't know javascript btw - I just use the code others produce.

    Any ideas are welcome.

    Thanks, Sam.

    Hi, are there any plans to make this plugin compatible with 2.8? We're actively using it with 2.6 but plan to upgrade in summer and need to know if we need to move to a new format.

    I've just tried this on a 2.8 test Moodle and it all seems to be working fine.

    Thanks Sam, as it wouldn't allow me to install via site linkup I was worried to try it, but done it via zip download/install on my test 2.8 site and seems ok as well.

    Hi. We just tested it on 2.9 and it does not work. Any ideas if this plugin is 'dead'? Hope not cause we really like it and it is our default format.
    Thanks for any answers or hints.

    If you use a bullet list on the main / course overview page, the bullets are visible in edit mode but not in view mode.
    It is not only in the title description field and the label resource, but also in the description field for the other resources/activities when you check the box to show the description on the overview page under the title

    this is the sinner:

    ul.sectionul li
    {
    list-style-type: none;
    }

    After removing this element, you end up with a single bullet above the tabs (I think it is from section zero?)

    We use the template in Moodle 2.6 (but the problem is also visible in my 2.9 and 3.0 try-outs)
