Formal languages block centralizes code for scanning and parsing of different languages. For now it is used by Preg and CorrectWriting question types, but other plugins can use it as well.

The GSB set allows automatic medal awards for Moodle courses based upon a defined benchmark criteria of activities and resources. The set consists of a report which allows the criteria to be benchmarked and a block to publicise the award to the teacher(s).

A Quran recitation Block for Moodle, this is based on the open source jsQari plugin http://code.google.com/p/jsqari/ It is used for for playing the Quran ayahs in MP3 which are provided by Verse by Verse Quran.
Similar to the online users block, but this block uses the geographical information from users profiles to display the locations of online users on an OpenStreetMap or Google map. The geocoding of locations are cached in the Moodle database and updated when cron runs.
