This is a simple block with no configuration. Simply add it to a Topics or Weeks course set to show all sections on the same page, and it will add a tabbed navigation at the top of the course. This only works on Bootstrap themes.

Just enter the first letter of the course you want to search and the auto complete box gives you a list of matching courses with the current word highlighted. The block also has a 'My Courses' feature, when enabled, lets you search only the courses the current user is registered on . This block is best used on the 'My Home' page which allows centre positioning of blocks thereby giving you a wider space to see the autocomplete results. Copyright : University of Bath

OOHOO Pop-up Dictionary is a Moodle package that gives the students the possibility to double click on any word within a Moodle HTML resource and retrieve its definition from an online dictionary chosen by the teacher. Note that the plugin is separated into two downloads: filter and block.

The main focus of this block is a verbose periodical review of students by a teacher-team. The basic idea of this module is that trainers can team-assess students - the assessment can be done on a 1-10 scale with the cagetories teamplayer, responsibility, self-reliance.

Similar to the online users block, but this block uses the geographical information from users profiles to display the locations of online users on an OpenStreetMap or Google map. The geocoding of locations are cached in the Moodle database and updated when cron runs.

This block displays the courses enrolled by the users with the enrolled date. This block also displays the course transcripts once the user completes the course with any of the course completion criteria. Note: This block need the "certificate" module to be installed to get the transcripts.

Formal languages block centralizes code for scanning and parsing of different languages. For now it is used by Preg and CorrectWriting question types, but other plugins can use it as well.

Allows staff and students to see enrolments they have in external systems (or other Moodle's). This was predominately created to allow links between archived and separated instances of Moodle, but keep the separation hidden to the users. Handy if you also have single-sign on between the systems, as it allows them to jump to external courses without having to login again.

The block can be accessed from within any course. The admin can add any kind of document using the "manage library" link of the block. New entries can be made with references to the source, links, file, content and author. Also categories can be defined with the link "manage categories". With the search box the library can be searched as a whole or within each category.

The Roster block shows a page with a list of users in a course, with either a simply list of names,email, etc. (similar to the participant functionality), or a more enhanced list that shows their picture and the description from the student profiles. This is useful for faculty to get to know their students quickly and learn about their backgrounds easily. Please note that the most up-to-date version will always be in the github repository listed below. The Moodle module downloadable here may not be updated as frequently. The latest versions (for 2.4, 2.6 and 2.7) fix a bug where the settings page on sites installed from Moodle 2.x did not show the list of roles properly. (This worked on 1.x => 2.x upgraded sites).

This block offers customers using the Moodle VLE a seamless login to VLeBooks and can be added to a Moodle homepage or course. The Moodle block will display the VleBooks logo and the text 'Click to log in'. When clicked the block will build a validated url to call and seamlessly log in to VLeBooks.
