We have loaded the 20120202 version with the Mario Wehr fix, but only administrators can see the "Student Overview" button. Teachers cannot see the button at all. I have started a bug tracker for this. Thanks for all the efforts.

    Hi, Greg.

Thanks for launching that issue. There's no need to report it here also, the tracker notifies me of those issues.

    Hi, Gwynfor.

Feel free to look at and modify the specific query for assignments in lib.php in the block directory. You could modify the existing query or add another that looks for a passing mark. Unfortunately this requirement varies for different teachers/institutions, so I've been reluctant to add such a check.

    Hi Michael

I have the same problem descrived above, this time the installation was clean, very sure all was done correctly. I tried to describe the bug in the bug tracker, but did not find the way to write a word on it.

    Hi, Alejandro.

There was a problem with a recent version that meant that the capability to view the overview report, and the button that takes teachers there, was not being shown to teachers.

The latest version includes a fix for this.

Hi Michael - thanks for a great block. I'm using multiple ones on my site to group weeks together. Just a question is there a way I can sort the way the activities appear on the block? It seems they are sorted alphabetically - Downside is that final quiz is not at the end and the lessons are not in sequential order.

Sorry just one other thing, is there a way you can put in a warning when you press delete i.e. "Are you sure you want to delete xyz?". It's so close to the editing bar, I accidentally picked the wrong thing and deleted my whole bar. smile

    Hi, Jacqui.

    Thanks for the feedback.

Items in the Progress Bar are presented chronologically. The configuration attempts to determine dates from activities/resources that have them, but all items can have a manual date applied to them on the configuration page.

As for deleting the block, that's more to do with the general block architecture in Moodle. You could suggest an improvement for blocks in the Moodle Tracker to confirm deletion in the same way activity/resource deletion is confirmed with an "Are you sure..." message.

As far as I can tell, this block does not include workshops, is that right?

I would like it to track the completion of both the submission and peer review phase
