please update your browser with the last flash player on adobe.com. If you use chrome you can use pepper flash builtin and disable flash player or the opposite. only one plugin must be activated (this issue is only for Chrome and Chromium). to access to the plugin settings type chrome:plugins in your chrome/chromium browser.
Also since one week the version 9.5.0 of live-school is now in production mode with hundreds of bugs corrected and new features available.

you must write your phone number (mobile) with country code without any "00" nor "011"
also the area number shoud not contain any "0" too.
example: if your phone number is 044444444 and living in Belgium so you must write your phone number as this:
