    Hi, Ishani.

Sorry. The plugin is limited to showing completion in a course.

    Hi, Peter.

The block should work with 3.2 already. I'm sitting on a number of updates and I hope to put out an update soon.

3.2 seems to be no problem, using Campus theme

    Hi Michael,

I do apologise if this is a silly question or you are not the person to ask, but I am very new to Moodle! I was wandering if the Completion Progress Bar has the functionality of showing that a learner has viewed and accessed a SCORM file but not yet completed. I have tried playing around with the settings of my captivate project and Completion Progress but can't seem to get the 'submitted' part working? I would appreciate any ideas you have.

    Many Thanks

    Danielle

I might be missing something completely obvious but I just don't have the option to add the block in the course page. I can add it to the dashboard no problem but it's just not available to choose from in the block dropdown. Any ideas?

    Hi, Danielle.

The Completion Progress block relies on the completion system to determine what is complete or not. Check the settings of the SCORM activity and what is shown under Activity Completion.

    Hi, Andrew.

Under default conditions it should definitely show on the course page. Things that might block this are the visibility of the block on the Admin interface for blocks or the capability for your user account to see the block. Apart from that I'm not sure. I've not heard of that happening before.

    Hi Michael,

Thank you for this awesome plugin.. i know it doesn;t make sense...but inorder to make the progress bar work on the dashboard i would need to add it on each course... is there a way to avoid that ?

    Hi, Zeid.

There does need to be an instance in each course for the block on the Dashboard page to work.

You can add the block to the site home and that will add it to each course. If completion is set up on each course, the block should work.

Is it possible to assign a quiz to only a group of students in the course and still monitor on the completion progress block. I have a class of 25 students and want to assign 15 of them a "makeup" quiz. I don't want the quiz to appear on the completion progress block of the other 10 students. How do I do this?

    Hi, Rob.

Yes, that's possible. Use activity restrictions to constrain the quiz to the group and it will only appear for those who can see it on the course page. Be sure it is completely hidden from users outside the group.
