Maintained by with daughterFumikazu Iseki
This autoattend block is modification of the Attendance block by Mr. Dmitry Pupinin (v1.0.8, 2007). In addition to the original manual mode, automatic attendance mode (from the access log of Moodle) and semi-automatic attendance mode (user clicks a link) are also possible.

These Auto Attendance block and module are modification of the Attendance block/module of Mr. Dmitry Pupinin (v1.0.8, 2007).

In addition to the manual attendance mode to take attendance manually the original, automatic attendance mode (from the access log of Moodle) and semi-automatic attendance mode (user clicks a link) are also possible.

I strongly recommend a combination of Auto Attendance block (autoattend) and Auto Attendance module (autoattendmod).

15 March  2016
I released new support module (homeroom module).
homeroom module displays all students's attendances of the all courses.

Perhaps, is this only to change from "module" to "plugin" in version.php of autoattendmod???

"module" is for old version of moodle.

    Hi,
Although a little warning comes out, I think it works.

    Now:
I implemented e-mail function for students in mod_autoattendmod.
And I am implementing a backup and restore function in mod_autoattendmod, now.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Thanks for this working.
Nice upgrade will be to load classes from Moodle groups. Another one may be to list absent students during a course.
Thanks a lot and best regards

I add backup and e-mail for student functions.

If you want to send e-mail to student about their attendance, please use autoattendmod and check "E-mail Notification to Students" at "Options of Auto Attendance module".
And please add "Student" to the "autoattendmod:receivemail" capability.

    Thanks.
