Do you think you've found a problem (bug) in Moodle LMS or the Moodle App? Here's what to do:
  1. Search the Moodle.org forums to see if anyone else has noticed this too, and has already made a tracker issue. Vote for the issue to be fixed if there is an existing issue.
  2. If you don't find an existing issue, post on Moodle.org with your problem, asking if others have similar experience. If others have the same problem but have not made a tracker issue then you can report it.
  3. Create a tracker account and log in. 
  4. For security reasons you won't be able to create a new issue immediately, so follow the steps in the Tracker introduction in order to be able to report your bug.
