Consider using the third party Book module which is an elegant way of presenting large amounts of text (including images, videos, audios...) It exists for both Moodle 1.9 and Moodle 2

I believe Wamp servers are usually used just to run test sites locally on a Windows computer. Is yours actually connected to the Internet?
