While I remember... is there any info on the reason for the jump from 4.5 to 5.0 (rather then 4.6)? I have probably missed the memo.

Also... Moodle already puts jQuery on the page, so you might be asking for trouble loading it twice. It's possible you might get away without the cdn line for jquery.
