Yeh - it's great when it works but I think it tries to be a bit too "clever".

You can get out using the cli/finish.php from the command line.

What exactly do you mean by "not loading"?

My Moodle site works (mostly). I asked you to confirm because the thing seemed very unlikely. 

 

On reflection, you were clear in your original post. Mea culpa.

Have you looked at your web server logs? I'm not sure in what way that doesn't make sense.

When something strange happens, a good start is to look at logs.

Please remember that we are all volunteers trying to help in our own time. "did you actually ready my initial message?" and the like will only result in "well, good luck, then".

 

However, sounds like you're fixed. So that's nice then
