sorry by the delay (I've been out last days). Sometime after upgrading we discovered some visual annoyances with RTL wikies and IE7 (if I'm not wrong). So we modified slightly some CSS to make them work properly.
But those "double borders" in the history tab and so... I don't remember anything in that area at all.
