I could use the scheduler module until I updated to Moodle 1.9.
Now when I try to create a new time slot the words "No teacher available"
appear where my name should be. What has happened here?
Does anyone know why this is? Please help!!
This is happening for me also, with Moodle 1.9 & Scheduler most recent release (28.Aug.'08).
The (slightly awkward) workaround, is to (from the "add slots" page) click the "update this scheduler" button, then the "locally assigned roles" tab, and locally assign yourself (and other teachers for the page) the role of teacher; then backup to the half-created scheduler using the crumbtrail link, where you'll now find yourself in the "teacher" drop-down menu.
Not sure why the module is not recognizing the role of teacher - are others experiencing this with Moodle 1.9?
