Need some basic info on Authorize.net enrollment module

Hello,

I am new to moodle and I am setting up a new site. Authorize.net is our standard payment gateway for all online payments and I am trying to configure the module in moodle. I have it configured with our merchat account and password but it is not working.

From what I see Authorize.net has 3 integration methods:
1. Weblink
2. AIM (advanced integration method)
3. SIM (simple intergration method)

Can someone tell me what method the module used to connect and/or provide any newbie pointers?

Thanks;
Rob

AIM is used. So, PHP must be compiled with cURL+SSL support (--with-curl --with-openssl)

When I use the Auth.net module in test mode it seems to work just fine with the Merchant ID and Transaction Key that I recieved from our MIS guys. When I take it out of test mode, I get a message saying that the ID is invalid or the account is inactive. I know our MIS guys have an Auth.net test site that they use. Is it possible that the Auth.net module redirects to a test URL when in test mode and that I need a different ID and Key for our production site?

I can check with our MIS guys, but they are in a different timezone and won't be in now until Monday.

Rob

It may be that your actual authorize.net account is still in test mode.
