Hi,
I am planning to supplement an face to face course run at different locations using moodle. For the course session planning I am interested in some possibility for interested parties to register their course demand for a group of persons or also single persons online in moodle. The demand request should cover some data like prefered location, prefered time frame (e.g. calendar week) and target groups.

Only after evaluating the demand requests, I would like to start scheduling and setting up courses.

Which possibilities do you see for supporting such kind of issues using moodle?
Any special plug in?
Any alternative, moodle indepandant tools available?
