Feedback: where can I enter the questions?

I have just downloaded the feedback block/module to use it in my moodle 1.8 installation. No problem whatsoever with the installation itself. The feedback activity appears in the dropdown menu for the course and when I select it, it takes me to the edit page where I can enter the name, description, etc. but... where can I enter my questions??? When I hit the save button, it shows me the feedback form I have created... with no questions in it. Is there anything wrong with the installation?

Hi,

try to use an editing teacher account to edit the feedback or assign the admin to the this role in your course. I have seen this behavior some times after a new installation, the admin was not able to edit the feedback.
