Backup and restore

Hello. I am running 1.8.4+ with the latest versions of PHP and mySQL.

I am having a problem with backing up of courses.

All of our "live" classes are being backed up on a nightly basis, but our TEMPLATES from which we restore classes for each 4 week session are not being backed up and skipped. From reading other posts, I saw that their needs to be changes in the course to be backed up. Is there anyway I can change that.

Why are these courses and no others being skipped.

I am attaching the backup log so you can see what I mean.

EDIT - I just read the FAQ and it says it skips classes that are unavailable to students and have not changed. I made them available and have made changes and it still does not work.

Is there any "hack" that backs up even if there are no changes made or unavailable to students?
