Greetings...

I have a logo that I have been using with a couple of  1.2 sites. I upgraded one of them, and the upgrade went well, although I have lost my logo.

Here is a 1.2 site that is using the template with the logo

The 1.3 is set up to use a user logo, and I have placed my logo in all the appropriate places.

The logo is named logo.jpg, and I am doing something wrong, but I am too slow to figure this out.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?

If I am not mistaken, the only theme that uses the interchangable logo.jpg is the "standardlogo" theme.  It doesn't appear that you are using this theme.  Try that and see if it works.  If it does, then you will need to hardcode the image in the header.html
