Languages

Following a request from the questionnaire maintainers and bug MDL-10883, I'm removing all language files related to questionnaire out of all language packs.

The reason why is because updated strings, contributed to the maintainers as described in http://docs.moodle.org/en/Translation do not make it to the interface if there are outdated files containing the string in the language pack.

If your site, after updating your language packs, doesn't show the translation for questionnaire anymore, please send an up to date set of language file for your language to the module maintainers and place them in the /mod/questionnaire/lang/XX_utf8 folder to get your site working again.

Please do not commit language files for non-standard modules in a language pack.
