Enrolment

When students enroll, I would like them to enter additional information such as middle initial, company name, address and zip code.

The course will offer continuing education credits on-line, and the authorizing agency needs more info to confirm who is entitled to which credits.

Is there a plug-in that allows for more contact information? Since people change their emails all the time, two Mary Johnsons will cause a real problem.
