I installed the certificate repotrs module in 1.9 and recieved the following message:
Module Certificate_report: /home/liberty1/public_html/emtp/mod/certificate_report/version.php was not readable
Any suggestions?

It looks like I managed to get a couple of folders within folders in the latest zip--yikes.
Anyway, keep clicking on the certificate_report folder until you open the folder that has two folders 1. blocks and 2. certificates and read the readme file in that folder for installation instructions.
NOTE: Nothing for the report goes into the moodle/mod folder!
