All the users in my moodle site can't log in including admin.

All the users in my moodle site can't log in including admin.

I remeber that I enable someting in "Site administration ——courses——enrolments"  including  "Authorize.net Payment Gateway", " External Database" and "Flat file".

What should I do now?

I am having the same problem and started today may 20th the only difference is that I didn't make any changes to the site's configuration.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I also ran ito that once. I changed the authenticated user permissions.
I edited this table in the db ont he back.
mdl_role_capabilities may need to be edited on the back end. I replaced the permissions colum = 1

I have solved this problem.微笑
External Datebase matters most,So all users can't be recognized.

solution:
1.Find the floder:moodle\enrol\database
2.Cut the folder "database" out.
3.Login as admin,success!
4.Copy Database folder back,referbish.
5.Unselect the External Datebase.
