saving of newly created theme?

am a new moodle user wanting to know where to save the newly created theme ( that is created from scratch)? In which folder? is there any html template for the templates? in which folder are these templates stored?

Do I take it you have made a whole new theme?  In which case you need to upload the folder with all your stuff in via ftp to the folder called themes

It would be a lot easier to find a theme in the themes folder that you like and make a copy of it, rename it, and use it as your template. You could also start with one from the themes database here:

http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?id=6552

and there are a few (not many) free themes available elsewhere online...use Google.

Pick one you like, customize it, and things will be a lot simpler for you.
