Hi Marc,
I just tried changing the text size and the same thing happened to me. But, the only box to get wider was the Calendar box. Everything else increased in height, not width.
The calendar block could be limited in width, but I think it would make it display incorrectly.
Or, you could move it to the left side, but I do not think that would work either.
I am going to play around with it on my local server and try to come up with something.
