Igor Plisco has recently reported a bug in the translation UI - see MDL-13997. A question emerged during the solving, which I'd like to discuss.
Shortly - in the translation form, clicking on an arrow (or pressing Tab) takes you to the next missing string or a string which has _local modifications. Igor proposes to skip _locally modified strings and to jump directly to the next missing string only.
Please vote how the tab should work. I was thinking about personal preferences form at the bottom of the page (compare to the submission assessment form) but as the translation tool is going to be rewritten as a GSoC project, I do not want to spent too much time on it.
