May I know how many user I can support concurrently without fail?

If you follow the documentation in the wiki you should be able to support 200 simultanious users(50 per 1GB of ram x 4GB =200).

Don't forget to include the operating system and other apps running on your machine; will also consume some of your system resources depending what are you running. And how much they are consuming.

This is the current practice to estimate the maximum load http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=57028 (watch for later versions of the script in that discussion).
Note that the developer advices NOT to run it on a production server!
