We have very recently moved Moodle to a new server and at the same time changed from Moodle 1.7 to 1.9. The majority of our courses have restored with no problems but we have a few that when you carry out the restore or backup process all you get are blank screens. There are no questions or feedback. Also some of the courses that have been restored when you go to the files are for the course you only get three folders/files and no 'buttons' below to create folders/move files/upload files.
