Hello. I have been transferring Moodle sites from one server to another through WHM (copy account) & find that all is fine but for two changes that happen during the transfer. On the new server I have to change permissions on the config.php from 640 to 644 & have to add the db to the db user.
Before all was working fine in the Moodle set ups & all works fine on the new server with the two changes.
Has anyone had similar experiences with WHM & the transfer. Why might this happen? Moodle or WHM?
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
