If you will forgive a piece of unsolicited advice, I would recommend that you make yourself a separate instructor account. This does two things for you--1) protects you from making mistakes that affect the whole site, as you minimize the amount of time you are logged in as administrator and 2) you see what your instructors see, and therefore can mentally separate what is available to admins and what is available to editing teachers.

I don't think you ever said you were going to have additional instructors on your course, but that could happen in the future even if it is not the case now. Speaking from painful experience, I have learned to only log in as admin when I *need* to log in as admin. My normal role on our instance is editing teacher.
