We have been using the questionnaire plugin, however, I am aware that there has been discussion / consideration regarding the inclusion of the "feedback" module in the core moodle distribution.
Can anyone tell me what the status of this is, i.e. has a decision been made?

If you look at the roadmap for 2.0 it mentions the inclusion of the "feedback" module in it. http://docs.moodle.org/en/Roadmap

If you'd like the Questionnaire plugin to become part of core Moodle distribution, you are welcome to start a discussion on the Questionnaire forum stating your point of view.
