Assignment

    I noticed a "problem" with the Allow Resubmitting: No feature in setting up assignments. The "problem" with it is the feature that it allows the students to keep updating their uploaded files until the instructor has actually graded their assignment.

    We have an instructor who would like to enforce "strict upload only once" where the student gets to upload his assignment only once whether its been graded or not. What would be a good way to handle this?

PS:    I also noticed that is not possible to allot a student the grade 0 directly, I can give the student a grade 1 and then update it to 0.

What would be a good way to handle this feature request?
