I looked through the Backup FAQ and did a google search but I was unable to come up with any directions on the best way to do a moodle site backup when running on Win 2003/IIS. Hey, I had no choice! The narrow minded IT guys won't let me use Linux/Apache. moodle is running fine on this combo, but all I can find about site backups relate to linux.
If someone could point me in the direction of an online document that covers this subject, I would be very grateful.
