Backup and restore

I have three different installations of moodle on three different servers. My problem is when I create courses and edit things on one server I need that same thing on the other two. Is there a way to go into the db through phpmyadmin and copy just those courses that I made or changed. I tried it last night but really screwed things up. I searched for all courses from category 100 and found them fine, since they were only updates on the other two installations the id's already existed the same on the other db's. So I just deleted them on the other two db's and just re-inserted them in the table. But when I refreshed the course page half way down the page the title's were missing from the courses. What did I do wrong here?
