Please Help me to turn off debugging mode in Moodle 1.9 on Windows server 2003 with Sql server 2005 and php 5.2

I don't know if i being stuck in developer mode but I get at the top of the site a notice

OK - well then it is much easier. You can go to the Adminstration Block (on the front page) under Server - Debugging you can select to turn off debugging and not show any errors or notices. Gordon's question about the notice is a good one as it will help track down the source of the problem; however, if you simply do not wish to see it you can follow the instructions above.
