Cannot view past chat sessions even though they are present in MySQL

It almost seems like I am experiencing what this user has:

It was closed and ignored since it could not be reproduced, but I having the same issue.

Has anyone else seen their previous chat sessions in the database, but not available on the Previous Sessions list?
