You can create your own customized certificates by making your own type. Start by copying and pasting one of the current type folders, e.g. landscape, change the name to your own, add that name to the certificate/lang/certificate.php file (you'll see the other type names there, just enter yours the same way).
Then make changes to the bottom part of the type certificate.php file where things get printed. Read the help files and these forums for hints on customization.
