has anyone had a problem with IE when downloading pdf's added as a resource. My students keep getting a dialog box telling them that the connection with the server was reset. This does not appear to happen with Firefox

Hi Frances,

Are your students using IE7 by any chance? wink I've just learnt that if you check the force download box then it results in students being able to view the PDF. However, the force download setting is only available in Moodle 1.9. What version of Moodle are you using?
