Has anyone developed functionality that allows topics to be moved like resources so that we do not have go through the laborious move up 1 and wait the page to reload and then repeat? Is this possible?

Sorry, what works in exactly the same way?
I believe he meant for you to turn ajax on. Then you can move topics the same way as resources (drag and drop).
