!Adding form elements to Assignment Feedback HTML code

As a teacher I would love to have a marking template that I can clone on to the Feedback section.

I do this in a (limited IT skills) way by creating a table in Dreamweaver and then pasting the code by toggling the HTML source.

What I really want to be able to do is have a range of check boxes or radio buttons to make my life even easier.

Unfortunately when I create the form element in Dreamweaver and copy across it does not quite work and treats that button as a text box which I need to click on a lot to function.

Has anyone tried to do similar or could tell me what code I shoudl use.

Is there any work going on to allow assignment templates to be created - what functionality that would bring! Whilst I am on, why is there no simple copy tool for making labels - it woudl make my life so much easier smile

What I forgot to mention is that when a student reads the feedback, the option buttons do not register and all they see is:

eg Header and footer added to work? YesNoPart instead of a radio button with the Yes part filled in.
