I hope I'm posting this problem in the right place. I just upgraded my 1.8x moodle install to 1.9 latest build beta.
I installed the 1.9 certificate, I used to use the 1.8 with my previous install. when i go to create a new certificate, I get a 500 error (blank page).
does anyone know of this problem? perhaps I'm doing something wrong...
