There isn't currently. After log in the site home page always just shows the list of courses with their summary (unless you are an administrator).
There have been a lot of ideas in these forums on what the site home page should look like after log in. Martin had some grand plans as well for this "MyMoodle" page. Ideally it would be a user-customizable portal page collecting relevant information from all Moodle courses.
All someone has to do is to pep up the function print_my_moodle() in /course/lib.php.
