Strange deal here: A student who has been participating in a course (I know he has, because I can see his forum posts) shows up in the users' list as having never logged in. How can this be? --Brian

Was student manually enrolled, having never activated the e-mail link Moodle sent after creating an account?

Hi Brian,

This might not be your case, but I have had students here create 2 accounts (using different email addresses), so it looks like the student account has never been used (because 1 of the 2 accounts does not get used). Have the student log in for you and see if the username matches what you expect.
