No problem to start the Moodle training, access the documents, etc.. But when I activate the e-publishing application the training applies to (in another browser window) Moodle no longer functions. When I try to do something in Moodle with the e-publishing application running in the other window, I get this error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /lib/datalib.php on line 250
(this line is the following: $rs = $db->Execute("$sql"); )
Does it has to do with the simultaneous use of a MySQL connection by the two applications? The problem only arises when using the same browser.
When I am running Moodle in IE and the e-publishing appl. in Mozilla, or vice versa, there is no problem.
But my students only have IE 6 at their disposal and no Mozilla, so I would prefer - if possible - to run both applications at the same time with the same browser.
The e-publishing PHP-application uses sessions and $_SESSION['db'] as the database variable.
Thanks in advance,
