We are trying to restore courses previously backed up by our Moodle and a course from another site, when we go through the restore process we get the following :
Warning: this backup is from a non-Unicode version of Moodle (pre 1.6). If this backup contains any non-ISO-8859-1 texts then they may be corrupted if you try to restore them to this Unicode version.
When the course has finished restoring it is empty, there is nothing in it. I have tried to restore the courses in another instance of Moodle (same version) and they install ok. Does anyone know of any settings that relates to this warning or why the course restore fails?
