Text editors

Editor appear, when I use localhost. But it not appear, when moodle is anywhere in internet! And I often have messages “… not defined” using other sites (for example, Yahoo mail). My computer is in LAN behind proxy. It seems problem in proxy settings? Sorry for poor english.
