I have been bitten by this one several times now. Thought I would post here for comments before submitting a bug report.
The standard HTML block does not ask for confirmation if you happen to hit the delete icon by mistake.
One errant click and poof its gone. At least now I know how this block stored and backed up...
So what do you say? Bug or feature?
