Hello everyone. This is my first post on the forum and I have tried hard to fix the problem I have.
I am trying to access useful files in a course resource directory. Being lazy I thought by just dumping a load of useful resources in a directory - they could access the files by clicking on the links (?). When I do this a blank windows opens up but no file. When i right click and try to save - nothing saves.
My moodledata resides just below www in the same dir as my web folder. So it is not a sub directory of my moodle website. Although my moodle site a sub domain of my main site.
The path that is brought up when I hover over the file is below:
http://vle.maindomain.co.uk/file.php/18/File_resources/Active_Primary/Boneyard_Bill.swf
I have the same problem with any document.
I think it is something to with either re-write rules or the .htaccess file in moodledata, but I am stuck!
Can anyone help?
